The SWE series spray wash cabinets are the parts cleaning equipment for manufacturing and maintenance work cells, or other industrial environments.

This equipment sprays hi-pressure hot water to wash parts and clean grease, oil, grime, machine colorant, dirt, stamping oil, drawing compound and several other manufacturing soils from pans & components.

• Stainless steel oil skimmer allows longer use of solution whilst changing less frequently

• Gear drive that won’t rob you of water pressure like water driven models can tend to do

• Slow 5 rpm gives a superior, more thorough cleaning performance over water driven models

• 7.5kw stainless steel pump that pumps a solid 140 gallons per min at 63 psi

• 160 gallons insulated solution tank provides an ample supply of water for extra heavy-duty parts

• Optional small parts baskets allow for the containment of small parts during washing

• Full opening gasket free door as gaskets will often perish with long term exposure to steam

• Removable tank filter screen allows for quick and easy cleaning

• Optional biodegradable, non-caustic, heavy duty powdered detergent. ​
